[Skunkworks] Need a person to implement a Mailing List server

Skunks Happy new year, I hope this email finds you well. I require an engineer to carry out the above task. He will be required to; 1. Implement a mailing list server of between 50 - 100 members running on opensource i.e (Linux Os, Exim mail server, Mailman list manager and Apache web server). 2. The implementation should be secure. 3. Train at least 2 administrators and 2 moderators.
