Victor, I thought test disk requires ext3!!! The windows one doesnt seem to work well
From the testdisk site:
*TestDisk* can *run* under - DOS (either *real* or in a Windows 9x DOS-box), - Windows (NT4, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, Windows 7 (x86 & x64), - Linux, - FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, - SunOS and - MacOS X Whereas I have not run it within windows, a quick (inexpensive) fix would be to run it off a linux live cd...knoppix maybe? Gives you the functionality without having to mess up the current system with installs. From Regards, Victor Ikiugu.
