@I. Ati then in that case the best would be to skin all the content with css then use the browscap functions to determine which user is using a mobile device and which user is'nt. If you need help on how to plug the code into your page let me know
To add to this, if you are using any of the popular CMS's out there, be sure to check out their modules, most of them have modules that allow you to present content to mobile devices.
