
Well, thats what almost everyone @ that event thought, the dude who was there from KICTB said the same thing over and over again; all other government IT agencies are under KICTB as far as actual work is involved, including e-government secretariat. Unless I heard my own things. I remember thinking that, if ever I have any IT related idea I was to sell to the government, KICTB will be where I go coz the buck stops there.
