They work yes but if you are looking for a link that can upload websites , download movies / music... airtel is in the 19th Century. Safaricom has gotten quite some credit in this thread ... I have the 1Mbps link and its splendid. Havent had a thing to complain about. My installation was successfully and professionally carried out by Fireside, http://www.fireside.co.ke/ who are among the official resellers of the Safaricom Wimax installations.
You could visit the site and call the number on the website for further details. Again my recommendation is purely from experience.
