Amazon will deliver it 2-4 days. It's surprisingly fast and hassle free. They use fedex/DHL. (Mine was delivered in 2/3 days I think).

If you have kids, you might want to look at Kindle for kids [1] instead of giving them access to your tablet. They have good parental controls. Comments from Amazon customers:
