I did sign the contract after reading the T & C. Never have I received a threat even when I go to the CC or send an email bursting with anger. There's a pal of mine who's using it and he's never paid I thnk since Jan and he says there was a contract for 2yrs within which you are bound to use the modem....

I can't recall a time Zain issued threats to its customers who wanted to stop using it's services. It is important to get the facts right.
I understand all the telcos have their shortcomings, and when In this forum, we highlight on the challenges we get on our respetive telcos and the respose is -ve or +ve, depending on how factual our statements are!
