the problem with nearly all service providers is simple - they do not understand a simple fact: No one remembers when things go right, people always remember what went wrong. That is quite scary, if you ask me, especially if it falls under his/her jurisdiction! I am guessing (using my sixth sense) that s/he was quite pissed (unnecessarily) with something you had in that e-mail. However, I also do remember that "the customer is always right, especially when they are wrong" and should that happen to me, I do sort out the customer then exhale over a cold beer instead.
That convo should serve as an example of what customers go though with their providers. Is there a blog for that somewhere?
