Is there a service provide in KE who can give me an Int'l link with a reliably good quality? I am having a problem with some colleagues in Europe who have said that the line quality of my KDN Link is crap. See attached.
I have contacted KDN, via e-mail, about this but they wouldn't respond at all. I have a 512Kbps (burstable to 1024) with them but there is no SLA anyway. I am now looking for a provider who can guarantee me a clean link, with an SLA.
