They keep changing their customer service lines .... i too knew the 710 then *111# ussd code universal and *180# for data services (which are also included in the *111# )
Pole sana. You said you called 111? or 222? (111 is used for some promo which I guess ended)
I thought Customer care line for Airtel is 710**

I too have experienced the 'localized' network outtages but only for the data-services which quickly turned to trash as soon as Airtel took over. I can't wait for another company to take over ... hopefully Zain can make a comeback now that Arab countries are making huge strides in the economic sphere :-) .--
