[Skunkworks] IPSEC configs for Safcom API

      Hi folks,

I'm sure one of you gurus has experience in the above subject. Someone I
know is looking for help in setting up a router that can connect to
Safcom's severs for financial transactions and suchlike. Safcom already
sent the settings but there are a few kinks to work out.
