I have just realized how futile waking up in the morning to witness the crossing would be -- please find attached picture. Now in africa, the sun does not appear as magnified as in winter countries - so it will appear like a tennis ball in the sky. Now add in the sun rays --- you will never see that tiny dot in a shiny object ...
