[Skunkworks] Localized language for smart phones in Kenya

Hi Skunks I don't know if its only me who after I buy a smart phone I have to spend several weeks adding my sheng, swahili and other locallized words to the English dictionary before I find it enjoyable to use. My question is this: 1. Is a quicker way to do this, if so kindly share. 2. If no, I was suggesting the app developers here can create an app we just install and it loads those words.
