What pains me is - these guys will very easily get lots of money in a short time -- for someone parting with Ksh. 550, it may not be much -- but for someone else looking for a job Ksh. 550 is alot...
Now - imagine before 29th - they get 1000 unsuspecting job seekers = Ksh. 550,000 ,,, now imagine they get 2000 job seakers...
