Their speeds are a joke they are playing games on kenyans ,Since that company started offering "PAY TELLEVISION" WHICH IS CRAP ! we dont want that thing we need residential internet back .THEY SHOULD REALISE WHAT BROUGHT THEM TO THIS NICHE nINTERNET... When you complain ,Their Annoying customer service Always gives irrelevant answers They ussualy tell customers to do a bandwith test based on their intranet its like pinging your router or your modem thats 1ms .. speedtest.zuku.co.kewhilst the real test is bandwithplace.com They have gone to the extent of hosting their test at speedtest.net to confuse kenyans .
