Anyone experienced delays with custom clearance of late? I have this shipment <https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=781570600661> that took 3 days to arrive from Netherlands but is still held at customs, well into the 3rd week. All duties/charges were promptly settled and we're constantly doing follow-up; Fedex is running out of apologies for the delays arising from the customs end. Are we doing this badly really? Tony.
