Callkey Networks gives SLA. And Vsat is stable.
Hi skunks,I am not sure about other ISP's but i know we have SLA's.
But SLA's are not for all clients because you have a client paying you 7-15k per month,but you realise that they want to claim more than they are paying.
For instance ,the client goes down and for two days like they have been going down,it keeps flactuating regularly,so he tends to claim that he lost business due to our inconsistent link.
Now it becomes tricky evaluating the cost of loss of business to this client.
any way why wuold i give this kind of a client an SLA?what you are willing to pay shows what you should be getting back.
What you are willing to forego to get service basically determines the kind of contract you get,,,,,categoriZatiion...its the way of the world....

No SLAs, unless you are very BIG and pay $$$$$$ for your link.

Traceroutes are on and off. In some instances despite traceroutes
