I think University of Aga Khan Hospital is running linux for their asterisk pbx, i might be wrong but i heard the famous voice of Allison smith saying "please leave a message after the tone" when the phone was put in loudspeaker when inside the outpatient.I might be wrong or somebody already suggested it, so could you please confirm.
