We must get the basics right and stop patting ourselves on the back because a mzungu in SA feels threatened by BRCK.
SA has a functional National Spatial Data Infrastructure something Kenya has been fumbling with for years with committes that are probably clueless as to what we need to do. This in my opinion is a big weakness on our part what with our land and zoning issues.
We are not there yet.
