[Skunkworks] Access Kenya Core Network Problems

It is now becoming the order of the day. Access Kenya has problems in their Core Network for 3 weeks in a row. I am just wondering what that means. Could it have been bad network planning? Please, John Gitau, I need an audit of Access Kenya's Core and Distribution Networks ASAP.
