Hi list,<br><br>Please Help.<br><br>I removed a 40g hdd(IDE) from a machine that had a busted motherboard.<br><br>Now my problem is the 40G hdd had XP installed on it and i want to add it to another comp<br>that has 160G hdd(SATA) with XP also.I have googled and i aint getting the info i want.The computer restarts over and over again when the 2 hdds are installed.<br>

<br>Which is the best way to make them work together since the 40g hdd has important data i need to retrieve.<br><br>NB: am sure the 40g hdd is working fine.<br>
