i have used cooperative m-banking and i can,t complain. Transfering money to M-pesa takes about 5 minutes from sending the request to money in you mpesa account.i feel that is commendable. So paying my rent through Mpesa is a few mobile clicks away. same for all other m-pesa payable bills. and there is o fcourse the online purchasing with coop card! Only issue i have with them is this thing called CUSTOMER CARE!!! the ladies at this particular counter probably went to military school to be trained in psychological toture!!!
