  1. We go through comments of Kenyan users of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Foursquare and Youtube. Currently about 37,000 users on our list.
  2. The comments are categorised according to service provider, e.g. Safaricom, topic of discussion, e.g. internet and tone, e.g positive comment.
  3. This information is then presented as charts and graphs for quick and easy understanding of what is being said about the service providers.
