From what am reading here and having visited the original theme, I see you have not changed much of the content on the theme. Part of what this mailing list does is to help its members become better "brands". From where am sitting you seem to be "refusing" feedback on your work. I also gather that this is a premium theme so am not so sure where the issue of credits comes in if at all you bought it. You should be as free as possible to change anything from the theme.
