Yes, as I said, not all are 'evil'... the foreigners who start up the companies and make it a success are usually replaced by others who are deemed more 'qualified' to handle the new found success.
The 'qualified' ones especially when arrogant and 'know-it-all' are the ones who run the ship to the bedrocks.
