There are 2 possibilities.

1. Is the outlook 2007? if so you need to upgrade to a higher version. This version usually has such problems.

Yesterday   thou   not the first time  some  email accounts  have been  sending out repeated  emails out thou  only 1 email is seen in the sent items.

Just  wondering  is it  a Microsoft outlook problem, safaricom mail server problem or is  it otherwise.

Note  not all  accounts had the problem    and  using  different  internet connection  and in different  countries
