The Traffic Act does not specify a fine for the offence. I have just checked. In such cases, then it's the court's discretion.
However, maybe you should check the Amendments of 2012.

This is off topic but does anyone know the fine of driving while on mobile phone ? My driver has been arrested and need to go sort him out.

Thanks
Kevin
