Good...

Scenario: We have deployed a wireless LAN using Mikrotik routers and radios in a compound. The compound has One main office and other houses, some on the left some on the right. So the guys on the right have been having latency problems causing slow internet. Am able to telnet to the router on the left and indeed its true since I am getting high latencies and in some cases latencies.
What could be causing this?
On commission of the site everything was working as it should and the only recent changes have been replacement of one of the Outdoor radios?
What are some of the ways I can remedy this?
And while at it, someone please tell me how I can check the signal strength using the winbox manager and what range it should be

Thank you
