Hello skunks,<br><br>One can make VoIP calls via Safaricom and Orange/TLK but dialing 888-CC-AC-NUMBER. I have tested this with Orange/TKL and the quality is really good (or was I lucky?). I am wondering how they implement this service. Who is their upstream provider, if any?<br>
