We have 10 to 15 licenses that would wish to transfer to an educational institution or NGO that may require them. This would mean that the educational institution shall now be responsible for paying the annual maintenance for the licenses as its a cost that we would not like to be incurring in future. We had acquired the licenses as a packaged deal and now we do not require some of them but SAP requires that we pay for all of them as per an earlier agreement. Please inbox if you interested.
