Zuku -10!!! Not to be rude or anything but "zuku biz" package takes ages (more like a kidney transplant waiting list), paid for the connection on the 2nd and still 21 days later am yet to be contacted and informed of the install date. Worst part is they said it wouldn't take long since am already in a building they consider 'fiber ready' and am getting used to being kept 5-10 minutes on hold when i make an inquiry and my visit to their offices didn't make a difference regardless of the promises i got.
