I thought i was the only one affected,,i have called 100 a million times,,tweeted,,sent emails to mobileoffice etc etc. I have been told all kind of stories, last communication i was told to change my antivirus and for heavens sake i use Ubuntu, to make it funny some chick told me to change my modem number,,to much crap,,another one told me to take my modem to one of their shops to be checked @ a fee.!
