[Skunkworks] Advice on Cloud Computing and possible archiving solutions for a growing office

Skunks, Its me once again, i need advice on possible cloud solutions for a growing office. The solution should allow different departments to upload/dowload their own files. I am also looking for good advice on archiving to create space on hard drives. Best Regards
