we are having an interesting argument in the office when a fellow dev said that if you are a local startup and want to go far get a local expatriate, preferably white, to join the list of founders.<br>allegedly it boosts PR and opens doors that would have been otherwise slammed in your face when you approach potential clients and/or investors. <br>
i know this list is made of techies who have founded or a part of a IT technology startup. what is your honest take on this? <br><br>
