To add to that, removable media will still serve some network functions in a way...INFORMATION EXCHANGE..including viruses. No matter how hard you scan, it is still next to impossible to detect a virus that uses a zero day exploit. One could even be taking control of your device and neither you nor your AV would know it until the software vendors discovers it or the virus programmer announces it. Don't you think the Iranians make use of antivirus apps especially in their EXPENSIVE NUCLEAR PROGRAM's COMPUTERS????
