Since you've advertised this for quite some now, could it be that the limitation on the FXO ports is the handicap of this system? Most offices these days would want not less than 2 FXO, unless it's ISDN30 (PRI) or something. The single FXO seems like a major limitation. I think this was a misnomer from the manufacturer:)
2. QUADRO
FXO
Quadro
6 port FXO: The Gateway to PSTN, FXO Extension and/or Mini POP
The Quadro FXO is a modular approach to adding additional outside
PSTN lines (POTS) to a corporate phone network that utilizes an Epygi
Quadro IP PBX. Each QuadroFXO is a stand-alone SIP gateway device with
6 outside POTS lines. Multiple QuadroFXO gateways can be added to a
Quadro IP PBX depending on how many additional lines are required. Uses
include the addition of inbound lines, the balancing of outbound call
volumes from a combination of analog and IP phones, fax lines,

Now they should have merged all the features from Quadro 16X into this one and it would make a powerful system.
