@stephen Just received a mail from safcom.. seems they have a problem with the M-pesa ...an excerpt of that mail Sent: Tue, 24 Aug 2010 10:53:37 +0300 (EAT) Subject: M-PESA SYSTEM OUTAGE Dear M-PESA Partner, This is to notify you that M-PESA is currently experiencing system non response. This has affected all handset transactions and access to the web. In order to resolve the above issues, maintenance work is currently underway. Customers attempting to transact will receive the message ‘M-PESA system is undergoing maintenance’ Web Access will not be available during this period. We will advise once resolved.
