As per InfoDev, these are the only countries in the world that need Mobile Apps for local or international consumption, innovation and economic building :

-East Africa

-East Asia

-Eastern Europe and Caucas

-Southern Africa

-Southern Asia.

So no one in Western Europe/The Americas needs any innovative help to develop nor is there any poverty to help people. ( huh? )

Please note there is no CHINA representation at all.
