if you had an unfastened seat belt and you were driving a car with
worn out tires and you spoke on the phone at the same time, and then
you decided to double-park and cross the road while talking on the
phone and didnt notice that the light was red

thats 20,000 + 10,000 + 10,000 + 500 + 10,000 = ksh 50, 500
