@Peter, hata kama it's 'non-complainance', when you receive 35 consecutive texts from your provider, it is natural that you want to slowly strangle someone to death.
We Kenyans just don't get it. We complain about anything - your neighbours beautiful wife or daughter, a car that stalled for lack of gas, congested customer care, free tv, someone going on holiday, Safaricom, Microsoft, Raila etc. When do we do anything meaningful?I think God has given up on Kenyans. On Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 12:50 PM, Anthony Olendo <teeolendo@gmail.com> wrote:
OK NTV, KTN are free services, you don’t pay anything and they are built on an advertisers model and everybody is fine with this but the mobile service is like renting a house and the landlord feels like they have the right to pop in and spend the night because after all it’s his house… simply put there’s a difference. I don’t know if in Kenya we can file class action suites like the courts on TV but I think this one would be worthwhile, at the very least they should give a choice to opt-in… I’m just saying…
