What happened to Rita? Is she still on the list somewhere? She

Many providers usually think
that the more they give different tarrifs the better.
Simple things like a working service can go along way to make a customer happy.
Today I called orange kenya 5 times just to get instructions on how to upload
my airtime to my cdma phone.
Every one gave me a different method.And finally non worked.The instructions on
the card dont work either.
Someone promised to call me ...guess what? No one has called me.
For me it doesnot matter whether its 3g or 10g.....but orange sucks
