lately, i have had to call Coop before every transaction and this having filled in the online transaction authorization form.
what's more, the card expired and not only couldn't i transact with the new one they said i had to go back to the bank and fill in a new version of the authorization form. they were unwilling to email the form but relented when i made it clear that i will not be going to the bank to do something i can do online.

Note that banks do close their debit cards for online transaction, so you will require to authorize the to 'open' the card for online transaction, the only banks that have their debit card open are coop, equity n I think i&m
