You can buy bandwidth and co-lo space at KDN!
One thing with KDN co-lo facility is unstable power. I've seen servers rebooted without being notified. Fortunately, the servers can cope after this, but given the sensitivity of your server, you may require to throw in another UPS that can cushion you from such power incidents.
IS (www.is.co.ke) also have a co-lo facility.
