Guys just unsubscribe. I was receiving some irritating "Club 10" messages ( about 5 to 7) until I had to unsubscribe, although I hadn't subscribed. When I foretold people will port to Safaricom some people we calling me names, for that "your" reason, people are moving away from Airtel. They wont tell you thats why they keep on reminding you about what they are doing. They fear you leaving. They never got to connect me to their slow Internet, what else do I want from them now? Move to Safaricom, Orange or YU. Might just end up porting my Airtel line av owned since 2000 to YU or Orange.
Something else, they say it takes ages to reach Safaricom CC, until u spend an entire day listening to "feelanga firee na ..... airtel" while waiting to be helped on their network. They also tell you how "mtandao unaopiga una msongamano kwa sasa" whenever you try calling Safaricom. These people disgust me. Reminds me of high school bullies.
