Jay, In Kenya employers don't take them seriously. Have you been in an interview & when you say you have a masters from UON for example interviewers probe you further to see if you know the names of lecturers? This is common especially for masters & PHDs. That's how serious Kenyans are with where you got your papers from. My thoughts. *I am preparing to do an online Msc in Software Engineering at the University of Liverpool. I have chosen to do it online since I move a lot between countries, so getting a Masters degree from a brick-and-mortar campus is out of the question. So my question is:*
- *Do employers view degrees earned online differently than degrees earned on campus?* - *Is there a Skunk here that has experience learning online and willing to share his/her experience regarding online degrees?*
*Thanks.*
