Any good payment gateways in Kenya? I mean good customer service, those who will pick your call....I mean professionally run. Had a nasty experience with one who will refuse to pick your calls... Which banks offer Merchant services? What are the challenges of developing(read other factors other than code) a payment gateway? CBK regulations?
