(venturing outta my shell) <div>  @Phillip, you&#39;ve got a point with the jokes thing and I know it can go a bit far, that said, this place can be a bit scathing, and if funny comments arise, they are welcome (in my opinion) to cut the tension and welcome more questions and confidence. </div>
