Its been like 3 weeks now and I have no internet at home .. each time I call they say the BTS is being Swapped .. Kwani how long does this take ??? and now I have to pay for a Full month of no service .... Anyone getting the Same response from them ?? Does CCK check the quality of service of the ISPs like it does with the Telcos ? Where is ZUKU support ...
