Mboss,

Best bet is to use IMAP. In the email client you should be able to set an 'age limit' on the mails that are sync'd to the account.

Hi,

Scenario:

I want to configure outlook/Mozilla Thunderbird to be recieving my emails.One of my email accounts is on gmail,which has about 41,000 emails.

Question:

Does anyone have a clue of how we can restrict the downloading of all these emails.I want maybe emails of up to last week.the rest if I need I can always refer to gmail itself.Any clues,idea or suggestions are welcome.

Regards;
