Actually his comments are quite informative if not entertaining. Would not appreciate if he stopped them.

The issues he brought up with KDN are very pertinent. He even suggested software (a Request Tracker solution) to help improve their Customer Service. In fact CRM systems not well implemented or utilized are a big problem for our telecom companies right now.
